  • We called 3 companies to look at our system as to why we had such poor airflow and smelly air coming thru the registers. 1 guy didn't even bring a ladder to look at our duct work or furnace in the attic!!!! Another just took a quick peek from the access attic! Then Wellington and Danilo from The Cooling Co. came to our home. They actually got in the attic and thoroughly inspected our duct work (which was originally installed when the house was built in 1988) as well as thoroughly inspecting the furnace. Wellington also looked at the registers in our 2 story home. He brought up how airflow could be improved. They told me about their findings and I got on their ladder and saw the deteriorated duct work. Our 12-15 year old furnace hadn't been installed within code and was absolutely filthy inside. We were so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, product they recommended and estimate so we decided to get our 12-15 year old a/c replaced as well! (They didn't push the a/c replacement at all)! Their fantastic crewmen worked hard all day to get the installation done in one day We are so happy with the improved airflow and the smell of dirty air in our house is gone!!! The 2 stage furnace works so well!!! The customer service at their office is fantastic as well! We highly recommend this company!!!
