  • Person I spoke with was responsive, however they made me pay the $16 credit check just to tell me they didn't have apartments in the price range I was looking for l, didn't run my credit checks and didn't get money refunded which is whatever. Just a heads up make sure that you ask them what price ranges they have before paying the credit check fee as its non-refundable which nowhere on their site says that at all.
