  • I had to visit here multiple times for a two step TB test. Arrived early for my vaccination and they were 15 minutes late to come get me. I was the first appointment of the day. I was late for work. Zero reason why that should've happened. For my second administration, they didn't schedule me for the reading, and I had to go all the way over there to tell me I would have to reschedule my second administration because I couldn't make their tiny window of time for the reading. If it sounds confusing, it is. If it sounds like a waste of time, it was. Just slow and inefficient.
