  • Went in to get a wheel bearing/hub and front shocks for my truck replaced and they said they would do the hub for just parts costs, no labor. Guy said new hub is $355. An OEM hub is $65. When asked about this price difference, they said we are a for-profit business. Somehow I doubt that justifies a 540% markup. Thieves. Beware when anyone fixing cars says they will do something for free. You will pay for it somehow. I don't mind paying for what I am getting, I just don't appreciate being deceived in the process.
