Horrible service I can't express that enough. I had scheduled an appointment to get a quote and the guy never showed up and then avoided all calls from my phone.. my husband called the guy to see what was happening and he answered and once he realized it was for this appointment he hung up. The guys name is Bill. I called Costco to let them know what happened and a supervisor called me back days later. He didn't really want to hear what had happened with the guy that promised to show up on a day and decided not to. But he offered to come himself and take the measurements. He went, he was pressuring me to write a yelp review so here I am haha probably not the review he wants to see but here it goes.. when Costco sent this company to quote me they had not mentioned that it was Carpet Galore the ones that were coming... I had gone to their location before and they didn't have what I wanted & to be honest the material seemed of poor quality. My husband called the supervisor Joey back to tell him we weren't interested in going to check out the carpets anymore as we had gone before and not found what we were looking for. He was very rude and mentioned there were plenty of other clients that we were not needed and disconnect d call.

It wasn't just that I didn't find what I was looking for or us not liking the quality. Look into your customer service- Your store rep was threatening us to get his lawyers involved to remove my yelp review. I never lied on my review and I don't think my review is horrible... I simply explained my experience. I appreciate you offering to help us yourself if we ever need the services again, but no thank you.
