  • Picked up another person who had just come out of surgery and stopped by here to pick up some much needed post op pain meds. There were 5 employees in the pharmacy and no other customers. They sweated the Dr's script and said it would take an hour to fill it. I explained someone was in serious pain and would appreciate it if they could expedite. I couldn't help but feel like they thought I was engaging in criminal behavior. I had the Dr call them right away to verify the prescription but that only seemed to make matters worse. There is no reason a person in need of medication should be treated unusually. It seemed like the mentality was doubt first, then serve. A bizarre experience. They were very friendly when I finally checked out.
