  • Our first visit here playing tourist being that we live down the street (literally!)... What a wonderful first experience! We looked a bit lost when a very friendly and nice staff member jokingly asked us if we were lost! We certainly did look lost! We told him that this was our first time here and that we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before playing a few slots. He was SO nice! He not only directed us to a few locations, but then asked another team member about a place which may be open (it was nearly 10 pm). They suggested the Hawthorn Grill (see my review), and we were not disappointed. Not only did we get great advice from the staff, but I believe it may have been a manager, who even walked us over there to ensure that we got to the right location! Customer service, first impression, wonderful! We had a great rest of evening and will be "staycation" there soon!
