  • I'm just gonna jump right to it. Today was my last visit to TC. I have been coming here since around 2009, 10 and it's dived into a giant pool of mediocre. I'd say over the last 3 visits they have pretty much missed on everything. Today, we literally had the overall worse service EVER! We waited over 45 minutes to be seated and people who came after us were seat before us. Once seated, we waited for water/drinks. After our food was served, we waited for utensils, we waited for coffee refills, we waited for our check. We pretty much blew a whole Saturday on breakfast. They were very slow at cleaning the tables around us as we ate and those tables sat empty longer than expected. The larger parties received quick service and more attention and had I'd been paying, I wouldn't have left a tip at all. I felt totally disregarded as a customer from the moment I stepped in, until I walked out. There are much better breakfast /brunch spots in Charlotte. I will spend my time and money there.
