  • The only thing good about this place is the actual apartment is very pretty and the pool area is great. It's a gated community, but don't be fooled, I live in phase 2 and half the time I come home the parking gate is broken/never shuts and the door to the building is open/doesn't shut all the way. It's also in a very sketchy area with sketchy people walking around all the time!! I'm 25 and have to walk my dog and don't feel safe at night (stay on the phone with someone when I walk him at night.) there is a guy that lives in his van in the street parking!! And I've had people yell at me asking for money through the gate at the dog area!! I hope you like noise, the train goes buy all the time and the road is crazy loud, you'll never sit on your balcony it's to loud, giant 18 wheelers drive right through brevard at. Parking is ridiculous! If you get a 2 bedroom you only get one parking space and they tell you street parking is sufficient! Well that's a joke, anytime after 5 and during the weekend good luck finding a spot!! Noise is an issue, can't hear people next to me which is nice but above me sound like a herd of elephants and you can hear everyone in the hallways, also if your in the hallways you can hear people conversations clear as day in their apt. Another little thing, the coffee machine thing in the common area, never any coffee.
