  • Let me say this clearly and succinctly, Rocket Burger is simply the best! Sitting at home, convalescing from a neck operation, I noticed Karen W, Joyce W and Kate M reviews, that Rocket Burger had a new Chandler outpost. Well I hit the BM'd (Bookmark in Yelp-speak) and made a note to come here when I returned to work. Done! This past Friday, I ordered their delicious Double Burger & Pastrami (see photo) sandwich, only $7.49. Look at the receipt and look at those pictures, it doesn't get any better. And for all my Chicago relatives and friends, yes they carry Berghoff's Root Beer. Nice! I was introduced to Rocket Burger nearly seven years ago by King Scott D when he invited me to lunch. I had the Philly Burger that day and have since made several trips on my own. Thank you, Scott D! One of the most cool and impressive things about Rocket Burger is their assortment of soft drinks bottles in the refrigerated case behind where you sit. They have Dad's Cream Soda, Grape Nehi, Green River, Royal Crown and yes the afore mentioned Berghoff Root Beer In his review of Rocket Burger's other location, my friends Arlin B writes: "It was a mouth watering double burger that came with Hot Pastrami stacked on top of the two patties covered in melty-cheesy goodness, toppings and their thousand island dressing. It was FANTASTIC!!" Like d'ah, I agree. LOL The only down side here is their limited seating, they have only three inside booths and two more outside. When I was here, I doubled up with a guy from Little Rock, AR who now works in Gilbert. His friend told him he had to make the trek and come here. I agree, why are you wasting your time reading this review. Get in your car already! Enjoy
