  • Worthy of 5 stars across this many Yelp reviews? Uh, yeah. Really! It was this rating - and the local "family business" - that got me to contact them in the first place. From my first contact with their office staff to set up an appointment to the on-time arrival of John at that first appointment, to the follow up from Christy and the office staff and the on-time arrival of the install crew and the follow up visit by John, no detail was missed! Oh my goodness do these people have it down! Alright, so let me lay it all out there: 1) I'm pretty sure the AC on my roof dates back to the 70s. So with each passing summer, I was getting more and more worried it would fail at the worst possible moment; 2) I trust Yelp; 3) The quotes John did for me (I had him quote the job 4 different ways) were not unreasonable - but, let's be honest, they weren't cheap; 4) In my life I find I usually get what I pay for; 5) I have an impossibly difficult schedule to work around and, at every single step, with a great attitude, they worked around this for me and made everything simple; 6) great communication, text and email notifications including photos of the people who would be in my home; 7) follow up phone calls; 8) CLEAN! The new unit is whisper quiet. The old one shook the rafters and could wake the dead every time it cycled on. Given the age of my home I also had them add some insulation which was done quickly with no mess left behind anywhere. Could I have paid less with someone else? Maybe. There is always someone out there willing to do things for less. But, this was a decision I figured was going to last for decades to come so doing it right was important to me. In truth, I was going to wait to post this until the first summer heat had come on so I would know just how cool the new unit really was. Well, these people don't deserve to wait for my 5 stars. I do not hesitate for a moment to recommend Larson!
