  • In a time where service is usually secondary to the bottom line, it's refreshing to find a place that emphasizes service above all else. The selection is always up to date and plentiful and the warmth from the staff is second to none. Sure, I could've probably got a better deal by going to Pac Mall but you're usually treated like crap when and feeling suspect about the final product you've received (Good Eye Optical, I'm looking at you!). I was introduced to this place by an ex-girlfriend years ago, yet Sunny STILL remembered me the moment I walked through the door today (5 years later). You know what you're getting at Minh Chau; a quality product along with outstanding service. Very accommodating with working within my budget and with zero pressure. I feel they genuinely want to make sure I'm happy every step of the way. I think I'm a life long customer at this point given my past experiences dealing elsewhere...by far the best optical experience I've ever had.
