  • Two years ago we had them do insulation for us. They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. We just sold our house and the inspector said we had a mold problem in our attic. I called Illini Home Improvements. They came the same day and told us the mold was dead and the ventilation they put in when they did the insulation job gives plenty of ventilation to the attic. No problem with the mold. They did not charge us for this visit and sent us a letter that we can take to closing with us.
