(Customer Service Manager) is a very personable and speedy in responding. I purchased Package #5. Keep reading for more info... I've used 3 Phoenix-based resume writing services-available online- in the past 2.5 years. The bottom line is I hate my job and I have been looking for a new one since December 2014. I have used these 3 businesses multiple times. Two of the services were awful. The very first one was so bad that I gave her a bad YELP review, will never take it down, and had to overhaul the language she used and add/remove experiences from the resume. She chared me $350 just for the resume! The second service got so tired of writing multiple resumes/cover letters for me in the past 2.50 years that they actually asked me never to request service again--even though I was a paying customer. Weird, huh? The 3rd service was so hideous that I asked for my money back and got it back, too. It was a tedious read and hard on the eyes. My friend who is a CPA with an MBA said she would have thrown it away without reading it. My cousin who has a Ph.D & a Federal job said the same thing. Why so? My master/chronological looks more like a C.V. and reads like a novel. I've done seasonal work for over a decade in multiple industries. Most sectors are related, but some are wildly different. So, when creating a targeted resume, a resume writer can lose focus and make it look like a dictionary vomited on paper. I am very pleased with Package #5, Lindsay D., and Jerome C. I highly recommend DMR anyone who needs FAST (turnaround), FRIENDLY (service), & FABULOUS (documents)! 5-14-2017 UPDATE: A week after submitting my cover letter & resume, I was invited to a 1st interview!!!! A week after that, I was invited to a 2nd interview. I'm awaiting the final decision. 5-24-2017 UPDATE: I was offered a position TODAY! Finally, I found & landed my most current dream job.
