  • The name of this place should be called Eagle Trash. I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone unless it was your last resort. They have a very bad scorpion problem. Very bad. Also there's a lot of dog poo everywhere. The dog poo problem has gotten better but occasionally I see people let their dogs do their business and keep walking. I've heard pit bulls are not allowed but I have seen a few around here. I don't care about that really though. My issue is that I've seen a couple of pits unleashed and one time one was roaming around and the owner wasn't even aware. I have a very small dog so you could see why I would be concerned and there are a lot of children around here too. The residents seem to like making a lot of noise all night and day. I've seen people complain to the office about the noise but they simply do not care. Its quite sad because I've seen them evict a struggling family who was going to be a couple of weeks late on their rent but they won't put out these people who have 10+ people living in an upstairs unit that my neighbors complain about. If you decide to move here bring a bullet proof vest just in case. One time I was sitting on my patio and seen these guys argue and come back out flashing guns! Another time these other people were arguing and a grown man tried to fight a teenager and the teen's mom came out brandishing a gun. Also bring a gas mask. This place REEKS of marijuana from time to time. My poor neighbor's son asked me what that stinky smell was one time and it was funny but not funny. The only positive thing I have to say is its conviently close to the Air Force Base and they put locks on the pools at night to prevent the loud mouths from enjoying late night swims.
