Absolutely Awful customer service. Went in and dropped off a questionnaire for a local startup. Called back a week later to ask for their "Social media person" Mara and you could tell right away she was annoyed. I asked if she had had a second to fill it out and she answered rudely, "nope". I said "oh, ok" taken back. She then stated"we won't do it either". When you work in a customer service industry you think you would not turn away potential customers and risk bad word of mouth. GUESS NOT. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate for no reason. A simple, "nice concept but we don't think it would benefit us" would have sufficed. Sad and just plain rude. Do not give them your business.
