  • Fantastic experience. I found SG Installations on Angie's List and purchased an Angie's Deal for wall-mounting (on a swing-arm mount) our new TV on an outdoor patio. Steven arrived on time, quickly mounted our 40" television, and made sure everything was hooked up and working properly. You can see that he's a perfectionist and cares about his work. I'm not the most tech-savvy person and Steven took his time helping me understand our new Smart TV; he even set up a Roku account for us and added our existing Netflix information. Before he left, he told me to call him if I had any problems with anything; I didn't, but felt like I could if I'd needed to. Steven's a busy guy, but he made me feel as though he didn't have anything better to do all day than help me. He said he wouldn't leave until I was 100% happy with everything and I know he meant it. He's very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super nice. Plus, his install price is amazing...when the cable guy, who was at our house the day before, asked us what we were paying for installation, he was amazed and said he couldn't come close to that price. Steven is the BEST!
