SAVE YOURSELF. I was quoted 1 - 1.5 hrs over the phone. It ended up being 3 hours of waiting just to be seen. Whatever they quote you for a time, I would at least double it. ALSO, I asked for a work note and was very polite to them the entire time. DID NOT EVEN GET THE WORK NOTE. So I had to go back. To add to my frustration, I called them asking them to email the note and the front desk person hung up on me after I said how unacceptable the whole scenario was. I am quite sure I am now more sick than when I left. In more ways than one. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY.
These kids are unorganized and unprofessional to say in the least but they also obviously do not care about the code of their profession. Taking care of people and making them feel better. They only made me feel A LOT worse. This probably represents the whole company. They should all be shut down. Anywhere else would be better even if there is a longer wait. I'm never going back to any of their facilities. DISGUSTING.
