  • I have used this company for several years to purchase materials that I use in my own small business. Twice this year I have had to call them regarding incorrect orders and twice I have had to speak with women who couldn't have cared less about whether I remained a customer or not OR whether I received the proper products or not. I was also told that I was responsible for paying to ship the wrong product back to them and to pay AGAIN for them to ship the proper product. I was also told that 3 specific products must be sent to the manufacturer which makes no sense because I purchased them from BA. They just sent the wrong product! This is unbelievable and I will certainly be finding a new vendor and sharing my experience since it happened more than once and I am stuck with products that I didn't order.
