  • Just walk in and found out my appointment was cancelled without reaching out to me! No message on voice mail and no email and the attendant at the front desk did not took proper note of my email address. The manager is on Holliday until mid-July and the girl at front desk did not really apologize and just stated they would not just cancel. Well went there years ago and did not go back because of their poor services. Well one can say they certainly have not improved. They must get enough drop-in clients through the hotel that they are certainly not interested in retaining clients through courteous services! Would not advise you to go there there are so many wonderful spa in Toronto that do really care about their customers! On top services are expensive and not worth the money. My facial was rescheduled and what was supposed to be a hydro sonic facial meant actually using a special brush for couple minutes at the most and massaging some creams! Nothing specials and certainly no amazing results like it claims!
