  • What can I say, once a year for 3 days of nocturnal fun with amazing music, great people and able to be under the electric sky when it's 100 °F at night is an unbelievable experience and Pasquale Rotella, founder of Insomniac Events and Insomniac Events always makes sure that EDC lives up to the hype and year after year, I've never been disappointed from the multiple stages to lineup and just the amount of money they spend for fireworks is unbelievable. So there's multiple stages at the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) from entering the Speedway and the first stage you see is cosmicMEADOWS and going counterclockwise with the 7-up's Stage 7 to mainstage kineticFIELD to wasteland to basspod to circuitGROUNDS and to neonGARDENS with carnival square right in between. Insomniac goes above and beyond (no pun intended) by providing a ridiculous amount of free UV filtered water to attendees aka headliners. They also have staffed physicians and healthcare professionals to make sure that headliners are taken care of medically which speaks a lot as to how much they care and how much planning goes into this massive event that lasts only 3 days every June annually but because it's the largest EDM festival in the US with attendees from all over the US and internationally they always seem to be able to get such an amazing lineup. I can't wait to see what EDC 2017 has in store since this past EDC (EDC20) had another amazing turnout. It's sort of intriguing to see how Insomniac can top themselves year after year.
