Two service men sitting at their desk chit chatting with another customer when I came in. Full minute goes by before either acknowledge a new customer has walked in. I scheduled an oil change over a week ago. Showed up for my appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule. No apology, just told me they didn't see me on their schedule and they close in an hour and were already doing their last oil change for the day and couldn't help me. Really poor customer service. Clearly undependable if you can't schedule an appointment and actually expect to have it when you show up on time as scheduled and they don't offer to fit you in anyway or offer a discount or anything on a future service for their error and inconveniencing you.
