  • Was in town for the Lady GAGA concert. Horrible experience all around. We came in via the attached garage access, and doors did not open on time. So they let a line of people stand in the cold without any communication as to why they were not opening doors. Once inside staff could not be found to provide directions on the concourse. Ushers allowed guests to cross 20 people in a row when they had seats at the other end of the row.
