  • Andrew and his team did an excellent job on my Felt DA4 TT - full service and replacement of chain and cassette. It's always a worry when my baby is due for a service or something isn't working correctly, mainly because there's lots of mechanics out there who claim to know what they're doing with tri bikes - and don't. When Andrew came over to check out the issues I was having, I knew immediately he knew what he was doing. What a relief! He thoroughly reviewed the issues with my right shifter, as well as the chain issues I had been experiencing. With lots of time on the fluid trainer, and on the road, it was awesome to meet a mechanic who understood the wear and tear issues related to both. Andrew and his team communicate, and explain fully what's happening with issues, parts, orders etc. There is also excellent follow-up, and they are great with questions even after the job is done. If you need any kind of help with your bike, any kind of bike, and are lucky enough to live in Andrew's region, do not hesitate to call. He's the best!
