I wish I could give this place negative stars! I will never return to this location, and I would never recommend it to anyone! Horrible customer service!
I parked my car & waited in the office for 5 minutes. They saw me walk in but didn't bother to come greet/help me. I called the shop's phone, and Ron picks up. I tell him I'm in the office, then he finally walks inside.
I tell him I have a 2013 Nissan Altima & need an oil change. I pull out a coupon I received in the mail (with their location & directions listed on the coupon flyer) for a $9.99 oil change. He tells me he doesn't accept coupons.
I ask him how much the oil change would cost. He tells me, "I won't know for sure until I go look at the sticker on your car that tells me what type of oil was last put in." I call my Nissan dealership while waiting for him to go look at the sticker & ask them what type of oil they've been using for my car (the car is a lease, and the dealership has been doing all the oil changes & maintenance until now). The dealership tells me they've been using standard 5W30 for my car.
Ron comes back in & tells me I need 0W20. I tell him I'd like 5W30. He tells me again that I need 0W20. He tells me to follow him outside to look at the sticker on my car. I follow him out & tell him I called my dealership, and they told me they've been using standard 5W30. He gets defensive & raises his voice at me, yelling at me that I need 0W20 and that 5W30 will ruin my car. He then proceeds to tell me (still shouting) that the service manager at the Nissan dealership is an idiot. I tell him I would like my keys & car back, and he tells the tech who was supposed to do my oil change to just put in 5W30. I tell him I don't want it anymore & that I'll go to a different shop. I asked for my keys & car back again, and I left.
