  • They switch pool guys all the time so the work is very inconsistent and sloppy. One of the guys broke our pool pump handle when I was standing out there talking to him and they company denied that they did it when the guy said he submitted at least 3 reports stating he did in fact break it. It took them over two months to fix it so meanwhile we could not back flush our pool, which anyone who has a pool knows how bad for the pool that is. The company is not very professional and also not reliable at all.
