  • Look, i am going to try and be polite here, but i might fail. There is no way this is a corporate store. This has to be a franchisee owned operation, and this franchisee is failing big time, which is sad because you put money into something, you expect it to run well and it is like they checked out and let the kids run the location. I have been here 2 times and both times were a waste. I will not be going back. Don't offer me freebies, don't ask me to try again, just not going to happen. The problem starts when you first start to interact with the teenager behind the counter who could care less that they work there. You get what you pay for mr. franchisee. The employees are pretty much useless. you are better off investing into robots or self automated counters rather then waste your money. or, stop hiring kids and hire some adults who might actually run the place correctly for you. The display of doughnuts was empty. and i heard one patron say "it is always empty when i walk in here". And when i came back a second time, again there were no doughnuts to choose from or it was very limited. The quality of the doughnuts is not even close to what Dunkin is use to giving out. The doughnuts i ordered were stale. The filled doughnuts were very minimally filled, if at all and again did not taste fresh at all. You might ask "why would you go back after a first bad experience"? well, i had free dunkin cash from the tmobile tuesdays giveaways, so i figure it wouldn't cost me anything. even free it is not worth the drive. i had also ordered a croissant sandwich with my order. that took 20 minutes to get to me. look, there is no way they were baking the dough for the croissant, so it should have taken 3-7 minutes max. after the 15th minute i asked the...i dont even know what they would be called....doughnut server?.? hey where is my sammich...and got it 5 minutes after that. so who knows if the girl running around the back even knew she had to make the thing for me. freshness of doughnut from 1 - 10 = 0 cleanliness from 1 - 10 = 8 (it was clean) employee interaction 1 - 10 = probably best i dont answer that. just look at all of the reviews from other yelp users. we are not lying. feel like trying it out yourselves? go right ahead. we can't all be liars.
