  • This was the first time my wife and I decided to outsource the cleaning of our house. After the first cleaning we had questions concerning what was cleaned and what was missed. Within minutes of my wife completing a survey I received a call from Sheena I believe her name was. She agreed to come by almost immediately. I discussed our concerns and she explained the rotation we were on. She also admitted the cleaning crew had missed some spots. She was more then happy to address those spots while she was here. Both Ken, Sheena, and the cleaning crew were very polite and professional. We have 2 cats a 170lb St. Bernard and another dog. That is a lot of animal hair. All that considered they did what they said they would do. They even cleaned the mop sink in the laundry room. It hasn't been that clean since I put it in. So out of the chute their customer service is top notch. I was very impressed with how things were handled, which is not easy to do. As long as my wife is happy I am good with it.
