  • Moved to South Side last year. Transferred my prescriptions here from Giant Eagle on Wharton Street in South Side. On the one hand, the prescriptions are all ready in time. Like clockwork, I get an automated call every month telling me they are ready. If I drop off something new, it's done within 20 minutes. Unlike the last pharmacy I was at, you get in and out and exactly what you need, within reasonable time. Just about everything you could need from a pharmacy. On the other hand, they're just not very friendly. When I fell and needed a scar treatment, I didn't feel very comfortable asking them questions about the treatment. They scowl and don't seem very happy there. It's like you get what you need at his pharmacy (pills and reasonable timeliness), but not necessarily what you want (service and a smile). But hey, it works. I'll keep coming.
