  • Ever since James left my highlights turn out a horrible yellow by the new stylist Amy. Last time she tried even foils and a toner and still the same but this time I left with roots. A coworker said she looked like she didn't even do the roots and my highlights where growing out. So once again after a year of going here and tipping 30 to 40 dollars on average for crap service the girl can't get it right. I keep wasting time and money and have been there multiple times throughout a year since James left she can't get it right and gets defensive when I try to kindly bring up what I want. Don't go here. Nothing but a bunch of Beauty school drops outs. I've seen multiple stylists there since 2013 and the only person who did a decent job was James.
