  • I am sitting here waiting for a drink that better taste far better than it looks in the photos. It is CRAZY to wait an HOUR, yes I know it's Sunday night but REALLY? Yes I said an hour. Once they get your money, you're stuck here. My number was #53 and they are calling out "#48". OMG! NEvER will I come here again. There are 4 people (kids) behind the counter and I must admit they are not stopping for a break ....but the Owner needs to get his or her butt in here and pick up the slack rather than just the profits. The line is out the door and these kids are earning every penny tonight. I am a patient person. I have waited for Rolled Ice cream and it was worth the wait but we are going on an hour and 15 minutes now and I'm getting a headache. The takeout I left in the car from Ricardo's is getting cold and I'm still sitting on this hard stool waiting for my Mango drink. Oh, I just heard #49. We are getting close!!! Only 4 more ahead of me. Strangely, I write short and informative reviews as a rule. Can you guess why this review is so lengthy? It's because I want to show the owner of this franchise how long I have been sitting hear, (thirsty and hungry) waiting for my drink. I don't have much hope for this place unless they dig into their profit pockets and HIRE MORE HELP!!! I hope I get my drink before my phone battery goes out. Yes guys! It's that bad!!!! (Oh, and please don't respond by apologizing for my inconvenience. I've heard all the buzz words before. Just give me my $7.00 drink and get me OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!!
