  • Simply the best in town. Their online scheduling system is super convenient. When I enter the door, the staff Colin was already there with a huge smile and welcoming handshake. The store was extremely clean with modern design, plus comfortable sofa and lots of yummy snacks. You can choose staying in the store for a few hours browsing internet while they work on your car, or coming back later. I left the car there for a night. Second day I needed to come in the evening to pick up the car. Colin and his staff (sorry forgot his name) was waiting there just for me. They walked through every single detail in the car. I thought my Sienna were totally ruined by the toddlers, but now it looks brand new again! Their professionalism and the service quality is definitely among the best I have ever seen across all industries. I could not believe this is a 100% U of I student run business. The only suggestion is the sign on Mattis at the entrance, 2 uber drivers missed the entrance picking me up and dropping me off. I wish the sign was a little bigger :).
