  • terrible service bought a locally made chair called a feather chair, it was rarely sat in - more a casual chair sitting in the corner. paid over $700 for it - and noticed one of the wooden legs was cracked. they said i had it over a year (though it's hardly been sat one more than a doz. times), and that there was nothing they could do. took them six weeks to tell me there was nothing they could do - except sell me another stand for close to $300 - will never darken their doorstep again - horrible servie
