I posted a negative review about Lapels due to their high price and poor service. Upon reading my review the owner contacted me and offered to fix it.
I must say I was impressed with the immediate response and the dedication to service. I have been a customer service director for many years and believe that, while mistakes and misunderstandings happen in business, fixing the problem and follow up is the best thing you can hope for. The owner of Lapels explained the issue and fixed it. This has changed my opinion about them and I would definitely use them again as I appreciated the honesty and willingness to make it right.
