  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We entrusted the safety of our child by having this company install self closers etc to meet city code for our new pool. Since install 3 out of the 4 doors that had equipment fitted have failed. Requested a tech to come back out who didn't show up during the scheduled window but called later to see if we still wanted him to come up. As per other reviews called the office again and got nothing but excuses, asked to speak to a manager but there is never one available and no call back. After talking to their tech again he gave me the number of another company to call and they would come out and do the repairs. Not one apology and no customer service at all. Total joke
