  • Called ahead of time to make sure this hotel allowed 20 year olds to rent a room for the night, the lady on the phone was friendly and assured me they did. She even added "Of course, why wouldn't we?" Once I drove 3 hours to get there, a woman who was working the desk told me that I was not allowed to sleep there because i wasn't 21. I asked for my refund and she also denied that. I was very disappointed to say the least. Thankfully, I ordered my stay through Hotels.com.. which was VERY understanding. Cheaper hotels right down the street that were very clean!!
