  • Terrible customer service. 56 minutes, 4 transfers, 2 operators thinking I was a dude when I clearly am female just named "Chris", just to cancel service! No one could figure out this simple task. I had switched from Cox but went right back. Get Cox $70 a month Internet, stream and use Sling.
