  • We have been working with Anderson Advisors for the past year and our "Platinum Members". They have played an integral part in helping us establish our real estate investing business structure, our living trust estate plan, and our consulting/freelance LLC business structure. If not for Toby and his team at Anderson, we may not have known how important it was to structure our businesses in a way that protects our personal assets and our family's legacy. In addition, the team there has helped us create a living trust, which protects our assets from probate when we die, and every other lawyer just wanted us to make a will (which of course, provides them with more money through the probate process). The cost was more than reasonable and we always feel like our lawyer is on our side, using language we understand and going to great lengths to make sure we fully comprehend all the legal speak. We never feel ripped off, in fact, we are amazed at how Anderson does things differently. We have also attended one of their live events, in Las Vegas, and learned a lot about tax structuring -- from a former IRS auditor, no less! Definitely worth the trip (and I won $1300 at the casino, so hey, pretty lucrative business trip). Toby Mathis has done a great job of bringing in the best people from all walks of financial life -- accountants, tax auditors, estate lawyers, life insurance reps, etc. By having all our financial needs under one roof, he gets the additional business revenue and we get a break on pricing. It's a win-win. Even though we're just starting up and our asset portfolio may be considered a "small fry" to other lawyers, we always feel like VIPs with Anderson Advisors.
