| - I stayed one night the week of 7/24. One star because it had a bed(required for a hotel, right?) Like others have said, it is under construction, so take note, if you work nights or late, there will be noise that can't be drowned out. The room was visibly dirty with areas of counter and tub that weren't wiped, various types of hair in the bathroom(vomiting a little thinking about it again), had water damage in the bathroom, and the balcony door had a broken lock. Here's a tip for hotel owners and housekeeping staff. If you mop a tile floor, vacuum it first so you don't just smear hair around and leave it on the floor. I wanted to use the fridge for some waters and it was so frosted up inside it was barely keeping 60F. I booked the room via my company travel agency for the week and it was so bad, I checked out after the first night. This is the FIRST Hilton group hotel that has ever assessed an early checkout fee. I am peeved I had to pay it but I found a Hampton Inn that was $100 cheaper a night so I still came out cheaper in the end and had a much cleaner/nicer room. Oh, and the breakfast wasn't available when I left the hotel at 5:50am so while that is usually a selling point for a ES hotel, not for me this time.
