Four stars because when the receptionist is in, I get charged differently than when the owner is in.
As far as bathing or grooming goes, I usually do that on my own at home as I have a pit bull and his grooming is not and intense as other breeds.
I do bring my baby in for manicures though. Typically a super cheap and quick transaction (unless the receptionist is there then I am charged more). His nails are never filed down (they don't clip they grind here, which I like) too short; nor are they ever too long when they are done. I have enquired about getting his ears cleaned out as the breed has deep ear canals and that needs done on a regular basis and will end up getting that done for my fur baby next time we go in (we usually go in every two to three weeks as his nails grow insanely fast).
The remodel/rebrand looks super great under the new ownership even though I have never had an issue before under the old ownership. My only issue, as I've stated before, is that the receptionist consistantly charges me more than the owner (took him in for a nail trim about a month ago was charged more by receptionist, asked if the price went up, was told yes, took him in about two weeks ago and was charged the original price.).
