A friend and I tried it for a girls' dinner out. It's probably as good as it gets in terms of authenticity (I was born and raised in Japan). I get that people thought the Shiro-miso broth was too salty but you're not supposed to be able to drink all of it...I don't think. Everything about Shro-miso Cha-shu I had was pretty great: the noodles, the broth, cha-shu slices (3!). Good portion size, too. The only thing was they were quite obviously short-staffed. One more server would have helped a lot. Go there early to avoid a line-up. Will come back.
