  • My 2nd time there, and it's even better than before! I had a Groupon that I had no idea how to use. Octavia Lang took the time (without holding up a line of customers) to look it up on line, and to explain everything to me. She was incredibly patient, warm and understanding. I also had the pleasure of speaking with T.J. Wallis. I operate a small business, and know first hand how difficult it can be. He is a great example of a terrific manager. He cares about his customers, and appears very appreciative of their business. I am SO impressed!!!!
