  • If you order delivery, make certain you confirm the delivery time. Big problem, especially if you are hungry or have guests. Typically, we have been told to expect 45 minutes to an hour. So, we plan ahead. This time, we were told an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. When we had nada at an hour and twenty minutes, I called and was informed that the delivery times had changed to 75 to 90 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager, and was on hold until I hung up 4 minutes later. Not great customer service, especially with so many good competitors (Bianco's, Parlor) so close. Not delivery, but not an hour and a half with some BS thrown in, either.
