  • I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. Worst eyelash experience ever! I rarely leave reviews but I would hate for anyone else to go through this. First of all, Actual lash artists take real time to carefully glue individual lashes to each of your lashes. Every time I've had them done, the appointment is about 2.5 - 3 hours. My appointment with Gemma was about 20 minutes. She took the extensions and glued them on to several of my lashes at a time (as in, 1 lash extension glued to several of my real lashes) which was incredibly painful as they grew out over the next few days, they did not look pretty but instead looked uneven, clumped together, and were hard as a rock. She dried on the extensions with a blow dryer, and worst of all, she did such a sloppy job with the glue that she actually glued my top lashes to my bottom lashes (I couldn't even open my left eye, and my right eye Barely opened!) and then she CUT my bottom lashes!! I took pictures! It was horrific! Terrible, TERRIBLE esthetician - she should not be allowed to practice. Avoid this place!!
