  • Service is slow. Associates look like they have no idea what they're doing. I've been in here about 20 minutes waiting on one blizzard. Took about 8 minutes alone just to place an order even though I was the only customer in here. Two people walked in behind me and they've been waiting just as long to place an order and to get their food for simple orders. And I've had to ask for my blizzard once again as there are a pile of receipts on the counter that no one seems to be looking at.
