If I could give them Zero Stars I would. It's 10:50am as a convention lets out on a Sunday and they have 3 people checking in what appears to be an army. When attempting to use the kiosk for digital check-in the kiosk fails and requires assistance. I flagged down the only attendant and advised her of the system struggles to which she responded "Oh... I guess you'll just have to wait in that line."
Excellent.
No empathy, no help, and totally frustrating. People hate flying and experiences like this are why. The only redeeming factor here was the airport staff (security personnel and parking staff). They were extremely nice and helpful in finding the correct check-in area. Little did we know US Air ticketing is where hopes and dreams go to die.
