  • The units are now starting to be sold to investors who are renovating (very loudly) all day every day. If you sign a lease here, you could suddenly find yourself with a new landlord aside from the leasing company. The parking garage is being power washed and we are asked to find alternate parking but the HOA has provided no suggestions other than parking downtown and feeding a parking meter every 2 hours. The security staff has turned over yet again, the dog park is filthy and smells more like a barnyard and the pool is full of rude people who do not realize how loudly their nonsense echoes off the concrete and steel structure. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!
