| - When we entered, there were several employees and their children sleeping and playing on the massage tables. Since it was our first time, we shrugged it off and went for treatments. I decided on the cheapest package, so as to get 30 mins of foot massage. I only received about 15 minutes, much more time spent on the shoulder/neck area, which I am leary of due to some health probs. All in all, massage was average. When i got up to leave the massage area, there were 2 employees still napping, one with his live ipad on his lap! How unprofessional, and was he video taping this? The ugly portion came as I paid. I left a 25% tip, and it was refused! I was then directed to a sign on the wall, showing that they "want" 50% tip depending on the price of the service. I was then told, "they didn't want my 25% tip". Fine! I put my tip back in my pocket! My friend went to pay, and gave them the 50% tip and then they charged her another $1 for using a card to pay. Icing on the cake, they then told me, they would accept my tip. Feeling upset...I gave it back to them. I would NEVER refer anyone to this rude, unprofessional establishment. We did not pick it due to pricing, we chose it for the decent yelp responses. I have no idea who my reflexologist was, no names were given. Very shady place. Do not remove your shirt for "hot stones" as u have no idea who is hanging out video taping your massage while in the main room, just an fyi.
