  • This review is only about trying to get seated, not the food - never got a chance to experience that. Went for a Sunday Brunch around noon and expected there would be a bit of a wait. You check in and give them you cell # so they can text you when they're ready to seat you. They don't give you an idea of how long it will be but they "are turning over the table fairly quickly". That response to me was code that it was going to be a long wait...and it was. Went across the plaza to the Brio and was seated immediately. After finishing salads, our entrees at the Brio were being served by the time Echo and Rig finally texted. The food at Brio was excellent and so was the service and the bill for two was probably the same or less than we would have spent at Echo and Rig, just based on the menu prices. Trendy restaurants think that waiting ridiculous amounts of time to just be seated are the price you pay (on top of overpriced entrees) for the privilege of eating at their establishment. That may be true for some, but not me.
