  • We took our dog to this PetSmart's vet without appointment. Our dog was bleeding from his butt. Thankfully they could accept us with hour wait which we didn't mind. However I thought the receptionist was very rude. She told us "In the future, don't expect to get seen without appointment. We're not a hospital, Ok?" and after my dog got seen by vet. It costed us over $100 and we didn't have that much money at that moment. We paid little bit cash and tried our card but it didn't go through. We were very upset about how we couldn't pay for our medicines. We asked her if there was anything we can do to pay them back. She clearly looked so disgusted and said "I can't leave an open invoice. In the future, don't expect leaving without paying. This time only and this is for ____(my dog's name), he needed this." She gave us 10 days to pay them back which I'm going back ASAP. I thanked her and told her "Thank you so much and I appreciate it." and she gave me a look with saying "You're welcome." We knew that it's very bad that we couldn't pay right away. We showed how much we were sorry, but really? Treat us like we're poor and disgusting? The vet who seen my dog was very nice lady. She was kind and she didn't charge us for an unnecessary X-ray. We were very glad about the vet.
